PRO ENERGY SHAKE

Ingredients
• 1 scoop Bodymelt vanilla protein
• 1 scoop Bodymelt energy blend
• 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
• 1/2 cup banana slices
• 1 cup unsweetened almond beverage + ½ cup water
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.


BERRY GREEN SMOOTHIE 

Ingredients
• 1 scoop Bodymelt vanilla or chocolate protein
• 1 scoop Bodymelt superfoods greens blend
• 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 banana 
• 1 tbsp hemp seeds 
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk + ½ cup water
Directions
Blend to desired consistency adding a little ice if you like, while blending.
